Imperial Starter City on the Unclaimed Isle
THE EDGE OF THE LIGHT

Starter City

The first Imperial foothold on the Unclaimed Isle.

Where law, faith, and steel take root in wild soil.

The First Flame on New Shores

Beyond the Emperor’s full reach, on the newly discovered Unclaimed Isle, the Dawnfire Imperium plants its banners. These starter cities are more than camps — they are declarations. Each palisade, each chapel, each governor’s hall is a seed of order in a land still wild and ancient.

Here the Church of Aureon raises its first altars. Noble houses stake claims. Commoners and soldiers build lives under the protection of the Light. The frontier tests everyone: the faithful, the ambitious, the desperate.

From these humble beginnings, the Imperium intends to civilize the island — one settlement at a time.

Views of the Settlement

The Landing

The first sight of the new Imperial foothold. Palisades rise from the mist as supply ships unload the first colonists, soldiers, and priests. Here the Light of Aureon first touches the unclaimed soil.

The Palisade & Watch

Wooden walls and watchtowers stand against the wild. Lightbringer sentries and local levies keep vigil. Every log cut from the frontier forest is both shelter and declaration of dominion.

Chapel Square

At the heart of the settlement, the first chapel to Aureon is raised. Nobles, soldiers, and commoners gather beneath the flame for oaths, blessings, and the daily rhythm of imperial faith.

The Outpost Heart

The central compound where command, trade, and daily life converge. Here the first governor’s hall, smithies, and storehouses take shape — the seed from which a true imperial city will grow.

Life on the Edge

These early settlements are precarious. Resources are limited. The land is untamed. Every day brings new challenges: strange beasts, ancient ruins, whispers of older powers.

Yet the Imperium persists. Priests preach the sanctity of the mission. Nobles dream of future baronies. Soldiers and settlers carve out homes with axe and prayer.

The Church sees these outposts as holy ground in the making. The Light must be carried to every shore.

Full details on frontier expansion, supply lines, and the challenges of the Unclaimed Isle are recorded in the Imperial archives and the ongoing reports from the Recon Charter.

The Light spreads. One settlement at a time.
